Features & Benefits

Composite Toe - Toe cap made from a non-ferrous blastomeric material, which is lightweight and will not conduct heat, cold, or electricity. Composite toes meet or exceed the ASTM F2413-05 Standard for protective footwear.
Outsole - Dual density outsole with non-marking rubber bottom

Insole - Removable F2A Athletic insole is a soft molded dual density polyurethane removable insole that cushions and cradles your foot, providing additional shock absorbing polyurethane ball and heels pads and a moisture absorbing fabric covering.
Static Dissipative - Footwear allows static electricity to be dissipated from the wearer's body into the walking surface to prevent static electricity build up. Featuring DR Dual Resistor technology for tested precise resistance so the protection never varies, and a second resistor for fail-safe backup protection.

Converse Shock Eliminator System

The Converse Shock Eliminator System offers three levels of cushioning comfort along with added stability, support, and protection, and offers the following features:

  • A Polyurethane Shock Eliminator cushions and absorbs initial heel strike impact. It allows over 1-inch of unimpeded cushioning for the ultimate in heel strike shock attenuation.
  • A heel cushion airbag or polyurethane rebounder pad absorbs total impact, reducing overall stress on heel, ankle, legs, and knees.
  • Flexible, lightweight contoured midsole is made of material that absorbs the impact for of up to three times your bodyweight. It also stabilizes your foot, preventing over or under pronation, (your foot rolling in or out as you walk.)
  • External Molded Arch Stabilizer and Lateral Shank Support provide extra stabilization, support and protection. They lock the foot in place to prevent sliding and shifting. (Not available in all models.)
  • High abrasion outsole protects the foot from hard abrasive objects and provides superior traction for added safety. Converse outsoles are constructed to be both lightweight and durable. They last.
