Custom Heat Transfer

We use Plastisol Heat Transfers which are comparable to the durability and quality of screen-printing. The process is economical for short run jobs. The artwork can have 1 color, 2 colors, 3 colors or full color. The image which is comprised of a special ink formula (Plastisol) is created by a screen-print process and is later heat transferred to the fabric or substrate. This method provides an easy to apply, high quality image that can have very fine detail. The application can withstand many launderings and in most cases the image will outlast the lifetime of the garment.
