Custom Screen Printing

Screen Printing involves pressing ink through an ink blocking stencil on a screen mesh. The stencil is generally the reverse of the image to be transferred to the apparel. The process allows for heavy, durable application of the ink. Since only one color can be applied at a time, this method works best for simple designs with solid colors. With multiple colors there are additional set-up fees and per color fees. Complex logos with multiple colors and fine details are better left to Heat Transfer, Direct Digital or high quality Embroidery. Screen printing, however, is very durable and can be applied to any color material due to the heavy ink coverage.

  • Best for solid ink colors
  • Works on light or dark fabric colors
